Location is great for us, as visiting relatives in Tsurumi. There are two train stations in Tsurumi one next door to hotel and one acroos the road so great for travelling to Tokyo and Yokohama. Train is also direct from Haneda airport £2 and 20 mins.. Hotel is clean and there is also an on site laundry, microwave, coffee machine. Staff are friendly. Lots of places to eat and supermarkets, shops in local vicinity. Tsurumi is a good central location for travel but is not a tourist destination.

Good location; not much tourist. A good stop if you want to explore Yokohama & Tokyo. Rooms are clean. Located near train station, supermarket and convenient stores. Check in and check out process is a breeze.

Staff were so helpful and went out of there way to help. Help your self to so many amenities. From different teas cotton buds razor toothbrush skin care bath salts and so much more.

Very clean facilities. Also very quiet - despite being near two railway stations, I didn't hear a thing all night long. Bed was very comfortable, and room was quite spacious. Lots of good restaurants in the area as well. Easy access to trains.

excellent location 50m from railway station with supermarkets, restaurants & 24h convenience stores in a 100m distance. almost brand new hardware. the room has everything a business traveller needs in it and is well thought through. everything feels super-clean, new and well designed. from entering the hotel to checking out, it was a very special experience.

Breakfast is provided by the Starbucks with the coupons given, just downstairs, for quick working , busy schedules, this is good enough and quick access as well, however, the choices are the same , hence long stay you may be bored with the same sruff

Most of all, l liked the location. Just steps from two stations which are excellently connected to Tokyo and Yokohama/Kamakura.

The best hotel ever. Everything was just perfect! Very friendly stuff, location just 1 minute from metro, big beautiful room with all the facilities! Blackout curtains, big bath etc. Love it!
